I work as a London based food stylist, home economist and recipe writer, with over 14 years experience.

My love for food started very young and as soon as I could, I started working in kitchens. This soon led to me training as a baker and cake decorator resulting my running a bakery and cafe in Hammersmith. I wanted to develop my skills further, so I went back to train as a chef. I soon became a partner of the bakery and started out on my own with cheffing, private dining, catering and starting a street food truck. 

Once I felt I had developed by skills sufficiently, I knew my love for food was in writing recipes and styling. I started out as a freelancer and soon became part of the Jamie Oliver Food Team.

I have worked on a range of projects in the industry including editorial, commercials, TV series, recipe videos, social videos, stop motion animations, packaging, recipe writing, recipe testing, cooking demonstrations and teaching.
